Accreditation

The school is chartered by the New York State Board of Regents and is an IRS 501 c (3), non-profit, tax deductible, charitable organization. Little River Community School is accredited by the National Association for the Legal Support of Alternative Schools (NALSAS) and a member of the National Coalition of Alternative Community Schools (NCACS).

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security has granted Little River permission to issue I-20 visas to students from other countries.
